ロゴのデザインについてAbout the logo design
上下のカーブを合わせて見ると、日の丸が浮かび上がってきます。下部のストライプは縦縞が特徴的な小倉織と瀬戸大橋を表現しています。シンプルな形状の組み合わせで、「岡山」「伝統」「力強さ」「安定感」「高品質」という、倉敷染の想いを表現したデザインです。ジャパンブルーと呼ばれる伝統的な藍の色は、「日本」「染物」「岡山の繊維産業」「潔さ」を表しています。
The combined view of the top and bottom curves appears like Japan’s national flag (Hinomaru). The lower stripes represent Kokura-ori weaving characterized by vertical stripes and the Seto Ohashi Bridge. With a combination of simple shapes, the design reflects the spirit of KURASHIKIZOME: “Okayama,” “tradition,” “strength,” “stability,” and “high-quality.” The traditional indigo blue called Japan blue expresses “Japan,” “dyed goods,” “Okayama’s textile industry,” and “graciousness.”
